Using e-cigs to quit smoking will help keep  you from having one of those days.  I tried the gum.  It tasted bad and made me feel like a cow chewing her cud.  Cold turkey certainly didn't work.  You can't suck nicotine into your system every day for 43 years and not expect it to revolt.  I even did the pills.  Twice.

I sell these products because I believe that they provide the easiest, least stressful way to quit smoking tobacco.  If you are smoking tobacco you need to ask yourself why.  If you started when you were a kid, like I did, we didn't know as much then and thought it made us look cool.  Even Ricky and Lucy smoked, almost everyone on TV smoked.  So many of the 'cool kids' in high school are not looking so cool any more.  you've seen the TV ad where the woman is talking through a plastic voice box.  How cool is that?  I was diagnosed with lung cancer in February of 2006 and spent my 58th birthday in surgery having 2/3rds of my right lung removed.  I was 'cancer free' for 5 years.  In February of 2011 it came back.  I now spend my days hooked up to an oxygen tank wishing I could walk the dog or work in the yard.  If you haven't been diagnosed with lung, mouth or throat cancer yet, quit while you're ahead.
